| Preparation Clean the beans, wash and put them in a filter Cut them in 2 cm in width, boil in salty water and filter them Finely mince the onions and fry them in 4 spoonful Çiftçiler Oil Refined Hazelnut Oil Add the ground meat and add tomato paste when the juice of ground meat has boiled away Add the boiled beans to the ground meat mixture Fry some more after adding salt and black pepper Put the ground meat and beans into an oven tray Add floor to the remaining 4 spoonful Çiftçiler Oil Refined Hazelnut Oil and mildly fry them. When the floor is fried add milk very slowly and stir to prevent floor balls. Grate the lamb cheese and add half of it to béchamel sauce Spread the béchamel sauce over the beans Sprinkle the rest of the lamb cheese over the beans and cook them in an oven about 15 min. until the tops are roasted. Add the ground meat and roast till they are cooked and add salt, black pepper and parsley. Cook the eggplants over fire, peel their skins and put them into a heat resistant glass dish. Cleave the eggplants from the middle with sharp knife Put the ingredients you prepared into them Add a glass of water and put a slice of tomato and a pepper over each of them Cook for 20 min. in an oven heated to 230 C0 before. Serve hot. |

| Preparation Add grated onion, mashed garlic, egg, salt, black pepper and cumin and knead them. Make small meat balls from the mixture. Fry them in plenty oil and take to a plate. Boil the peas in salty water and sauté them in 1 spoonful of Çiftçiler Oil Refined Hazelnut Oil Peel the potatoes, keep them in hot water for a few min., filter them and grate. Put them over a paper tissue and filter their water then fry them in heated liquid oil until potatoes are crisp Take the fried potatoes in to a service plate Place the meatballs into the middle and peas around them. Serve after you decorated them with tomatoes and parsley |
